How your Van Nuys pickup works
- Book at least 5 hours ahead. Enter your aircraft's tail number in the Plane Ticket field, and your FBO in Extra Notes. You'll see your price before you confirm.
- We track your flight. Private schedules change. Your chauffeur follows your actual arrival, and if your departure moves by more than an hour, call or text us at (213) 822-7658.
- Your chauffeur meets you at the FBO. Choose Meet & Greet and your chauffeur waits inside the FBO lobby with a name sign, or any text you prefer, and handles your luggage.
- Take the time you need. Waiting is free for 30 minutes after a domestic landing and 60 minutes after an international landing.

Van Nuys Airport car service rates
Your fare is based on the distance of your trip and the vehicle you choose. You'll see the full price before you confirm your booking. Tolls, parking and airport fees are only added when they apply, and they're shown to you before they're charged. Prepaid bookings already include a minimum gratuity. If your plans change, cancel at least 12 hours before your pickup to avoid being charged the full fare.
