Skip the LAX-it shuttle
At LAX, Uber, Lyft and taxis don't pick up at the terminals. Arriving passengers take a shuttle bus or walk to the LAX-it lot next to Terminal 1, then wait there for their ride. After a long flight, that can add a lot of time before you're even out of the airport.

How your LAX pickup works
- Book at least 5 hours ahead. Add your airline and flight number when you book. You'll see your price before you confirm.
- We track your flight. Your chauffeur follows your real arrival time, not the time printed on your ticket. If your flight is delayed by more than an hour, call or text us at (213) 822-7658.
- Choose how you want to be met. Pick curbside pickup or Meet & Greet inside the terminal.
- Take your time at baggage claim. Waiting is free for 30 minutes after a domestic landing and 60 minutes after an international landing.
Curbside pickup or Meet & Greet
Curbside pickup is the fastest option when you know the airport. After baggage claim, head outside to the lower arrivals level and cross to the outer curb, where pre-arranged car services pick up. Your chauffeur pulls up there.
Meet & Greet means your chauffeur waits inside the terminal holding a sign with your name, or any text you choose when you book. They help with your luggage and walk you to the car. It's the easiest option for first-time visitors, international arrivals, families with children, and guests you're booking a ride for.
Every LAX terminal, including Tom Bradley International
LAX has nine passenger terminals: Terminals 1 through 8 and the Tom Bradley International Terminal. We pick up at all of them. Your flight number tells us which terminal you're arriving at, so you don't need to work it out yourself.
International arrivals take longer. Passport control, customs and checked bags can add an hour or more, which is why international pickups include 60 minutes of free waiting. If you're arriving on an international flight, Meet & Greet saves you from searching for your ride after a long journey.
Rides to LAX
Catching a flight out of LAX? Your chauffeur picks you up at your home, hotel or office and drops you at the departures curb on the upper level of your terminal. The drive can take much longer than it looks on a map, especially on the 405 and around the airport at rush hour. Leave extra time, and book your ride to arrive about 2 hours before a domestic flight and 3 hours before an international one.

LAX car service rates
Your fare is based on the distance of your trip and the vehicle you choose. You'll see the full price before you confirm your booking. Tolls, parking and airport fees are only added when they apply, and they're shown to you before they're charged. Prepaid bookings already include a minimum gratuity. If your plans change, cancel at least 12 hours before your pickup to avoid being charged the full fare.
