An easier airport for the east side of LA
Ontario International Airport sits in the Inland Empire, about 35 miles east of Downtown Los Angeles. For travelers heading to Pomona, Claremont, Diamond Bar or the eastern San Gabriel Valley, it's often a much shorter drive than LAX, with shorter lines and less crowded curbs.
The trade-off is distance. If you're headed into Los Angeles or Orange County, you have a long drive ahead, which is exactly when a comfortable car and a professional chauffeur matter most. How your Ontario Airport pickup works
- Book at least 5 hours ahead. Add your airline and flight number when you book. You'll see your price before you confirm.
- We track your flight. Your chauffeur follows your real arrival time, not the time printed on your ticket. If your flight is delayed by more than an hour, call or text us at (213) 822-7658.
- Choose how you want to be met. Pick curbside pickup or Meet & Greet inside the terminal.
- Take your time at baggage claim. Waiting is free for 30 minutes after a domestic landing and 60 minutes after an international landing.
Terminal 2, Terminal 4 and the International Terminal
Ontario has two main passenger terminals, Terminal 2 and Terminal 4, plus a separate International Terminal where arriving international flights clear customs. We pick up at all three. Your flight number tells us where you're landing, so you don't need to work it out yourself.
International arrivals include 60 minutes of free waiting to cover passport control and customs. Meet & Greet is a good idea here: your chauffeur waits inside with a name sign, so you don't have to search for your ride after a long flight.

Curbside pickup is the quickest option. Collect your bags, step out to the curb in front of your terminal, and your chauffeur pulls up.

Rides to Ontario Airport
Your chauffeur picks you up at your home, hotel or office and drops you at the departures curb of your terminal. The 10, the 60 and the 15 can all slow down at rush hour, so leave extra time. Book your ride to arrive about 2 hours before a domestic flight and 3 hours before an international one.

Your fare is based on the distance of your trip and the vehicle you choose. You'll see the full price before you confirm your booking. Tolls, parking and airport fees are only added when they apply, and they're shown to you before they're charged. Prepaid bookings already include a minimum gratuity. If your plans change, cancel at least 12 hours before your pickup to avoid being charged the full fare.
