Private car service in Malibu
Malibu stretches along more than 20 miles of coastline, with Pacific Coast Highway as its main road. It's home to beach houses, hillside estates, famous restaurants, Pepperdine University and some of the most beautiful beaches in California. It's also a long drive from almost everywhere, and PCH can be slow, dark at night and occasionally closed.
A RielVIP chauffeur makes Malibu easy. You're picked up at your door, driven in a private executive sedan or SUV, and dropped wherever you're going. You see your price before you confirm. It's also the easiest way to get guests to and from a Malibu weekend without anyone having to navigate the coast road after a long flight.
LAX to Malibu
Central Malibu is about 28 miles from LAX, usually 45 to 75 minutes along the coast. Your chauffeur tracks your flight, meets you at the terminal curb or inside with a name sign, and handles the drive while you enjoy the view. Flying private? Santa Monica and Van Nuys airports are closer, and we pick up at your FBO there.
Dinners, events and nights out
Malibu's best restaurants and events are spread along the coast, and PCH at night isn't a road anyone wants to drive after dinner. Book an Hourly ride and your chauffeur waits nearby, then drives you home safely.
Hourly bookings in Malibu are also popular for:
- Beach days at Zuma, Point Dume and El Matador
- Weddings and private events at coastal venues and estates
- Visiting family and friends in the hills
- A scenic day trip from Santa Monica or Beverly Hills
Home pickups
We pick up at private homes across Malibu, from the beachfront colonies to the canyons. Add gate codes, directions or access notes to Extra Notes so your chauffeur arrives without delay. Booking for a guest? Add their name for the greeting sign.
Getting around Malibu
Most of Malibu is only reachable by Pacific Coast Highway or the winding canyon roads over the Santa Monica Mountains. Sections of PCH sometimes close for repairs, storms or fire danger, so your chauffeur checks conditions before your pickup and plans another route if needed.
Vehicles
Choose from executive sedans and SUVs, including our Premium SUV and Executive SUV. The seats and luggage space for each vehicle are listed below. Traveling as a group or with a lot of luggage? Choose an SUV or book more than one vehicle.
Rates
Your fare is based on the distance of your trip and the vehicle you choose, or on the number of hours for Hourly bookings. You will see the full price before you confirm. Tolls, parking and airport fees are only added when they apply, and they are shown to you before they are charged. Prepaid bookings already include a minimum gratuity. If your plans change, cancel at least 12 hours before your pickup to avoid being charged the full fare.
