Car service to the Long Beach Cruise Terminal

The Long Beach Cruise Terminal sits on the waterfront next to the Queen Mary, with a view back across the harbor to downtown Long Beach. Ships sail from here to Mexico, Catalina and beyond. On embarkation days, thousands of passengers arrive with luggage at the same time, and the roads onto the peninsula and the parking areas get crowded.

A RielVIP chauffeur makes the start and end of your cruise easy. You're picked up at the airport, your hotel or your home, driven in a private executive sedan or SUV with room for your bags, and dropped at the terminal curb. You see your price before you confirm.

Airport transfers

Long Beach Airport is only about 7 miles from the terminal, usually 15 to 25 minutes, which makes it the easiest airport for Long Beach cruises. LAX is about 23 miles, usually 30 to 60 minutes, and John Wayne Airport about 28 miles. Your chauffeur tracks your flight and meets you at the terminal curb or inside with a name sign.

Embarkation day

Cruise lines set their own check-in windows, so leave plenty of time between landing and final check-in. Many travelers fly in the day before and stay in downtown Long Beach, only a few minutes from the terminal. At the curb, porters take your checked luggage and you head inside with your carry-on.

Disembarkation and the ride home

When your ship returns, you'll disembark and clear customs before collecting your bags. Book your return pickup for the morning your ship arrives, and your chauffeur meets you outside the terminal and drives you to the airport, your hotel or home. For flights the same day, leave a generous gap after the ship's arrival.

Before or after your cruise

Staying an extra day? Downtown Long Beach, the Aquarium of the Pacific and the Queen Mary are all right next to the terminal. With an Hourly booking, your chauffeur can take you around Long Beach, to Huntington Beach, or to the Disneyland Resort before you fly home.

Long Beach or San Pedro?

The Port of Long Beach and the Port of Los Angeles sit side by side, and each has its own cruise terminal. Check your cruise documents for your departure terminal. If you're sailing from San Pedro instead, see our World Cruise Center page.

Vehicles

Choose from executive sedans and SUVs, including our Premium SUV and Executive SUV. The seats and luggage space for each vehicle are listed below. Traveling as a group or with a lot of luggage? Choose an SUV or book more than one vehicle.

Rates

Your fare is based on the distance of your trip and the vehicle you choose, or on the number of hours for Hourly bookings. You will see the full price before you confirm. Tolls, parking and airport fees are only added when they apply, and they are shown to you before they are charged. Prepaid bookings already include a minimum gratuity. If your plans change, cancel at least 12 hours before your pickup to avoid being charged the full fare.
