Six Flags Magic Mountain in Valencia, in the Santa Clarita Valley, is famous for having one of the biggest collections of roller coasters in the world. Thrill-seekers come from all over Southern California, but the park is a long way from most of Los Angeles, about 30 miles north of Downtown along the 5, and after a full day on the coasters, nobody wants to drive home in traffic.

Getting there from Los Angeles
The park is about 25 miles from Hollywood Burbank Airport and about 40 miles from LAX. From Hollywood, the Valley or Downtown LA, the drive up the 5 usually takes 40 to 75 minutes, and longer at rush hour through the Newhall Pass. Rates

If your plans change, cancel at least 12 hours before your pickup to avoid being charged the full fare.
