The Anaheim Convention Center is the largest convention center on the West Coast, hosting major trade shows, industry conferences and fan conventions throughout the year. It sits in the Anaheim Resort district, steps from the Disneyland Resort and dozens of hotels. During big shows, tens of thousands of attendees arrive and leave at the same time, and taxi lines, rideshare zones and parking all get crowded.

How a show day works
- Book an Hourly ride. Your chauffeur stays with you for the whole booking.
- Get picked up early. Traffic around the Anaheim Convention Center builds well before the doors open, so leave extra time.
- Drop-off at the entrance. Your chauffeur follows the current traffic plan and drops you at the closest permitted area.
- Ride back. When you're done, text your chauffeur and meet at the agreed pickup point.
Show days, by the hour
For exhibitors and executives, the day rarely ends at the convention center. Book an Hourly ride and your chauffeur stays with you from morning setup through client meetings, dinner in Orange County and the ride back to your hotel. Many attendees stay at hotels in the Anaheim Resort area, and your chauffeur picks you up at the entrance each morning. After the show, Downtown Disney, Anaheim GardenWalk and restaurants in Irvine and Costa Mesa are a short drive away.
Flying in for the show
John Wayne Airport is the closest, about 14 miles away, with Long Beach Airport about 20 miles and LAX about 35. Your chauffeur tracks your flight and meets you at the curb or inside with a name sign, then drives you to your hotel or straight to setup.

Rates
Your fare is based on the distance of your trip and the vehicle you choose, or on the number of hours for Hourly bookings. You will see the full price before you confirm. Tolls, parking and airport fees are only added when they apply, and they are shown to you before they are charged. Prepaid bookings already include a minimum gratuity. If your plans change, cancel at least 12 hours before your pickup to avoid being charged the full fare.
